Crisis Nurse - Band 6

Are you an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Nurse looking for a rewarding role in crisis care?

We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Band 6 Crisis Nurses to join our dynamic team at Carleton Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health crises.

We offer an attractive pay rate:

  • Day: £30.00 per hour
  • Night/Saturday: £38.00 per hour
  • Sunday/Bank Holiday: £48.00 per hour

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working within the NHS.
  • A valid UK NMC PIN.
  • Current DBS on the Update Service.
  • All mandatory training up to date.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in the UK.

About the role:

As a Crisis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing immediate assessment, intervention, and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and person-centred care. This challenging yet fulfilling role requires excellent communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and the ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
