Are you an experienced and dedicated individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs?

We believe in the power of dedicated individuals to transform the lives of vulnerable young people. If you have a background in special education needs and a commitment to supporting students in a holistic, student-centred way, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced A-Level Teacher of Criminology to join our team for September 2025.

The placement
  • Working 1:1 with a capable and motivated young adult with Special Educational Needs in an approved venue in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
  • Planning and delivering A-Level Criminology across 2 sessions per week. Each session is 5 hours long. Term-time only.
  • Session will commence in September 2025.
  • Placements organised and supported by our dedicated education team.
  • Fixed term contract. £32,000 - £38,000 pro-rata based on a full time salary. Take home annual salary between £7,000 - £9.000.
What you need to apply
  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience delivering A-Level Criminology.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience working with vulnerable young adults with additional needs (SEN, SEMH needs and other barriers to learning).
  • A commitment to Keeping Children and Young People safe in Education, and a practical and up to date knowledge of safeguarding.
  • Consistent availability to commit to a minimum of 2 sessions per week (a minimum of 2 working days).
