TeacherActive is seeking a Criminology Teacher for a temporary role starting in September. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students, focusing on criminal justice, crime, and social influences.

Job Title: Criminology Teacher

Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Start Date: September

Salary: £150+ per day

We are looking to appoint a dedicated Criminology Teacher on a temporary basis from September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 4 / KS4 and Key Stage 5 / KS5, supporting students to develop their understanding of criminal justice systems, crime, punishment, and social influences. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Criminology, Sociology, Psychology, or a related subject.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
