Do you have a background in Criminology and a strong interest in supporting young people with challenging behaviour? We’re looking for Criminology graduates to work in Warrington schools as Behaviour Mentors, supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience in youth work, education, or behaviour intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to students with behavioural difficulties

Use restorative approaches and de-escalation techniques

Promote positive behaviour strategies and emotional resilience

Liaise with school pastoral teams and external agencies

This role suits confident, empathetic individuals with an interest in safeguarding, youth justice, or educational support.
