Law Staff in central London is seeking a Criminal Regulatory Solicitor to handle high-quality criminal defence and professional regulatory work within a specialist team. This is a respected, private client-focused role at a boutique firm with strong profile-building opportunities.

With 2-5 years PQE, you will run your own caseload, advise private clients, and collaborate with colleagues while developing your professional profile and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' PQE in criminal regulatory work.
• Experience with police investigations and defending prosecutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Rules.
• Experience with private instructions and private practice.
• Proven track record at a leading firm or specialist boutique.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake criminal defence and professional regulatory/disciplinary work.
• Run your own caseload and progress matters with supervision.
• Advise privately funded clients on matters and private instructions.
• Work collaboratively within a specialist team.
• Contribute to business development and your own profile.
