This role offers a rare opportunity to develop your expertise in prosecutions, providing legal advice and court advocacy on complex and sensitive cases, reviewing, preparing, and presenting cases in court to secure justice for victims.
Applicants should be qualified Solicitors or Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, and have resided in the UK for at least five years. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and confident decision-making are essential. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and a passion for this area.
Comprehensive training, mentoring, and on-the-job support will be provided to ensure a smooth transition. The position offers a competitive benefits package and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
