Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm

About the role

As a Criminal Justice Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team of criminal justice recovery workers, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the team, support the Criminal Justice Manager in developing and improving processes, control systems, and work environments to meet quality and contractual standards, including KPIs. You will also have the opportunity to line-manage a small team and support their professional development.

At interview, candidates will be asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation on 'Continuity of Care.'

About you

• Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma.
• Experience in managing a team is preferable but not essential.
• Experience working in drug and alcohol services is highly desirable.
• Experience supervising staff and providing effective support and guidance.
• Familiarity with the criminal justice system is advantageous but not essential.
