About the Role:

As a Project Manager at CGL Liverpool, you'll bring your experience and dedication to overseeing the adult service, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities, and we approach every interaction with empathy and understanding. Your ability to adapt, ask questions, and truly listen will be invaluable in this role.

Location: Liverpool, We have 8 sites around Liverpool and jobs will be based in anyone of these.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary: £39,891.91 - £44,471.72 (dependent on experience). pro rata for part time hours

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead on criminal justice projects within our newly created LiverpoolService as well as lead the delivery and development of an integrated substance misuse service, working closely with the Management team including Team Leaders, clinicians, and a committed staff team. This will involve collaborating closely with clinicians and a committed staff team to lead the change management process. You will work in partnership with all Criminal Justice Agencies (including police, probation, court staff and liaison and diversion partners) within the area and develop pathways and mutual ways of working to gain the best outcomes for the service users.

Our service provides a range of interventions, including harm minimisation, medically assisted treatment, community detox, and criminal justice interventions, with a focus on increasing access and successful treatment completion. Additionally, you'll be involved in developing and delivering early intervention and prevention behavior change services to engage wider populations and promote healthier lifestyle choices.

To excel in this role:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Considerable experience in managerial roles within health and social care services, combined with a deep commitment to delivering top-tier services, fostering an ambitious and focused culture that believes in positive behavior change for all.
  • Experience of leading on criminal justice projects within drug and alcohol services.
  • A proven understanding of performance management frameworks, effective governance, and quality assurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of available recovery pathways across various treatment and recovery systems, spanning community, residential, and prison settings.
  • Skillful in project management and leading service operations.
  • Proven history of supervising staff and conducting performance appraisals, nurturing growth and development.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important, as you'll be responsible for ensuring that client data is recorded accurately and producing reports in a timely manner.
  • Experience of Working with partners and commissioners with a focus on key performance areas within criminal justice
