Responsibilities

• Prepare Advance Disclosure on Crown Prosecution files within set timescales.
• Respond to requests for information from solicitors, insurers, courts and agencies.
• Update LIBRA Q View and other systems with court outcomes and case data.
• Maintain Victim and Witness information and support data transfer to national systems.
• Ensure compliance with MoPI and retention policies across force IT systems.
