Job description

CRIMINAL DUTY SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE, UP TO £50,000 DOE. A reputable firm is seeking an experienced Criminal Solicitor to join their criminal defence department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue their work in criminal law within a firm that values professionalism and teamwork. JOB REF: 0005

•The appointed solicitor will manage a diverse criminal defence caseload from police station representation and magistrates’ court advocacy to trial preparation and duty solicitor responsibilities.

•You must be Duty Qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience, including managing your own caseload of criminal matters and conducting your own advocacy.

•Essential requirements include experience representing clients at both the Magistrates' Court and Police Station.
