Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of criminal defence matters including theft, assault, drug offences, and public order cases
• Represent clients in the Magistrates’ Court and prepare cases for higher courts
• Deliver high-quality legal advice throughout all stages of proceedings
• Liaise with clients, barristers, and professionals to ensure a joined-up approach
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft strong legal arguments
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all cases

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a passionate Criminal Solicitor with:

• 1–3 years PQE in criminal law
• A solid grasp of criminal procedure and legal frameworks
• Confidence to manage a caseload independently and effectively
