Our Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked client is seeking a NQ Crime Solicitor to join their team, representing clients at police stations and courts. This Crime Solicitor role offers flexible hybrid working, bonus schemes, health cashback plus more.

Key responsibilities for the Crime Solicitor include:

• Attending, advising, and representing clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts across London, focusing on East and South London.
• Preparing cases for trial in both magistrates’ courts and crown courts.
• Working with clients from diverse ethnic backgrounds, including those with limited English proficiency and vulnerable individuals such as youth, disabled, or those with mental health issues.
• Collaborating with the specialist youth crime unit within the criminal department.
• Liaising with colleagues in the firm’s mental health department to provide comprehensive client support.
• Handling out-of-hours work as required.
