Job description

Shape the minds behind the data. Train the Analysts powering Crime Intelligence.

As a Crime Intelligence Analyst Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes, modules, and activities tailored to the training needs of crime intelligence analytical staff across the region.

You will engage with key stakeholders to establish demand profiles and proactively manage training requirements across the region.

Additionally, you will develop and implement the Regional Analytical Training Strategy, integrating it into the East Midlands Specialist Learning & Development Hub (EMSLDH) Regional Annual Training Plan.

The must-haves
  • Knowledge of the role and functions of a Crime Intelligence Analyst within an operational environment, including familiarity with IT systems and specialist software.
  • Trade craft, analytical experience, and occupational competence relevant to the subjects being taught.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
