Paralegal - Extradition Team

The role involves assisting fee earners with extradition cases for Magistrates Court and High Court, managing large case volumes, taking instructions, instructing experts, clerking court hearings, and handling correspondence and administrative tasks.

Requirements include experience or interest in extradition law, willingness to work within legal aid, and fluency in a European language is advantageous. A willingness to become an accredited police station representative is also preferred.
