Seeks an Extradition Paralegal

We are looking for a paralegal to support the Extradition Team within the Crime Department.

The Crime team at Hodge Jones & Allen is widely recognised as one of the country’s leading criminal defence practices. The successful candidate will assist a team of fee earners with the preparation of extradition cases for the Magistrates Court and High Court. This will involve managing a large volume of cases, taking instructions from clients, instructing experts, clerking court hearings and dealing with correspondence and administrative tasks.

You must have either experience in and/or demonstrable interest in extradition law. A willingness to work within legal aid is essential. Fluency in a European language would be an advantage, as would a willingness to become an accredited police station representative.
