Empower women and girls through cricket as our female Community Coach in inner‑city communities! Are you passionate about empowering women and girls through sport? We're looking for an enthusiastic female coach to join our team at Edgbaston as part of the Cricket Cities Community project. This role works closely with women's groups from a variety of cultural and religious backgrounds, where a female coach is a genuine occupational requirement due to community needs and preferences. While some sessions will be mixed gender, the focus is on supporting and engaging female participants. As our Cricket Cities Community Coach, you'll deliver inspiring sessions in inner‑city communities, help grow female participation, and build strong relationships with local partners. You'll play a key role in breaking down barriers to activity and promoting wellbeing through cricket.
