A leading mental health service in Cambridge is seeking a Band Advanced Clinical Lead to join their Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. We are currently recruiting to our Cambridge Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team service and have an opportunity for a Band Advanced Clinical Lead to join our well-established team.
Job overview
The post holder would have the ability to provide advanced psychological formulations and involvement in the planning and management of complex patients. They will support other teams and services regarding treatment and referral pathways.
The successful candidate will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the team’s policies and procedures. They will utilize research skills for audit, policy, and service development, providing advice to the Modern Matron and Team Managers on evaluating team work, including advising on outcomes measures.
You will have access to regular clinical and managerial supervision and will be required to work a rotation of early, late, and night shifts. There are opportunities for professional development, including advanced training and leadership roles.

Please note, for this role, you must be able to travel independently around the county, meeting strict deadlines. You need a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as public transport is not considered reliable for this role. Please confirm in your application that you meet these criteria.
The post involves working within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, which provides a mental health service seven days a week, 24 hours a day, within a community setting. The team offers emergency response and psychosocial assessment to identify individuals in mental health crisis, with referrals from Liaison Psychiatry, First Response Service, and adult mental health services.
