Job Description:

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager based at our office in Knowsley, reporting to the Facilities (CREWS) Manager. You will oversee the management and coordination of QVC UK's design and construction projects, covering approximately 100,000m² across various facilities including Media Centre, Offices, Fulfilment Centre, Contact Centre, and Retail Store.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage expansions and renovations across all sites, including offices, Fulfilment Centre, Contact Centre, Retail Store, and Studios.
  • Implement or upgrade building systems, optimize space, and enhance QVC's brand and image.
  • Develop project specifications, business analysis, budgets, schedules, layouts, vendor engagement, and manage procurement processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party design, construction, and project management partners in the UK.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience managing asset development lifecycle from project inception to disposal.
  • Proven track record in project delivery, including site-based management and procurement processes.
  • Strong customer service, safety focus, and responsiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Knowledge of construction, renovation, and relevant regulations.
  • Experience with industrial and office environments, including critical systems.
  • Proficiency in ICT tools such as Microsoft Office, Project, and CAD.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK, including overnight stays.
