We’re looking to hire a Crew Training Systems Specialist to join our Operations Systems Solutions Team.

Reporting to the Crew Systems Supervisor, the Crew Training Systems Specialist is responsible for the setup, development, administration and support of the Training Systems used for managing the complex training needs of Operational Crew, including Air Crew, Ground Crew, and Engineering Crew.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Oversee the daily administration of the training platform, ensuring colleagues remain qualified, capable, and compliant in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine the system roadmap, supporting business growth and evolving requirements.
  • Work with key users to maximize system potential, enhancing business processes and efficiency.
  • Partner with IT Support to ensure user account controls, regulations, and system reliability align with industry and business needs.

What you’ll have:
  • Strong business analytical skills with experience in Training Management Systems and processes (Airline experience desirable but not essential).
  • Organised and logical thinker, able to understand business challenges and develop effective system solutions.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining excellent relationships within the user community.
  • Exceptional administrative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
