Job Profile

VistaJet, the global business aviation company, is looking for a Crew Planning Coordinator. The training will take place in Malta, with remote work following training.

You will assist the Director of Crew Planning & Scheduling in enhancing the efficiency of the crew planning and analysis process.

Your Responsibilities

• Write and oversee crew rosters
• Plan all recurrent training for your fleets
• Plan all line training and ALCs, and record them in the training summary database
• Respond to vacation or other crew requests
• Track the "94 days-off in a year" periods
• Cross-check recurrent expiries each month
• Plan and schedule crew attendance at the company's annual strategy event
• Schedule all aircraft training sessions

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Experienced Crew Planner committed to maintaining high customer service standards, remaining dynamic and flexible under pressure
• Highly determined, quick learner, with a lateral approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data processing applications; experience with "Acrobatico" or similar crew planning software is advantageous
• Knowledge of EU-OPS Subpart Q is beneficial
