easyJet is seeking a Crew Performance Manager to support the Base Manager in delivering operational excellence across the Southend base. You will lead Cabin Crew and Cabin Managers, coach for performance, and ensure high safety and customer service standards while traveling with crews as required.
Based at Southend, you will work both in office and flying capacity, maintaining qualifications and supporting cross-base needs within a fast-paced, unionised aviation environment.

Our Cabin Services team plays a vital role in delivering the safe, efficient and friendly service that our customers expect from easyJet. Working in a fast-paced operational environment, the Crew Performance Manager supports Cabin Crew and Cabin Managers at a local level, helping to create a culture of high performance, engagement and continuous improvement. This is a visible leadership role that directly influences safety, operational delivery and the onboard customer experience.
As a Crew Performance Manager, you will support the Base Manager in delivering operational excellence across your base. You will be a leader and role model, responsible for driving performance, maintaining high operational standards and ensuring our Cabin Crew teams are supported, developed and engaged.
Working in both an office and flying capacity, you will monitor standards, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. By partnering closely with Cabin Managers and key stakeholders, you will help deliver a consistent customer experience while promoting a strong safety culture.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. The role is based onsite at our Southend base with occasional Network travel. Working patterns may include weekends, evenings, and participation in an on-call rota, depending on business needs. You will need to maintain Cabin Manager flying qualifications and completing a minimum of four Manager Flying Duties per month.
