  • Acting as a role model for easyJet’s behaviours and values at all times.
  • Maintaining Cabin Manager flying qualifications and completing a minimum of four Manager Flying Duties per month.

  • Experience managing employee relations matters and applying HR policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience managing performance and supporting the development of Cabin Crew or similar customer-facing teams.
  • Aviation experience with previous flying experience to Cabin Manager level preferable but not essential
  • Demonstrable success in driving operational and people performance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Confidence managing teams both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Strong understanding of aviation safety practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working within a unionised environment and engaging with union representatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong working relationships.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A flexible approach with the ability to travel across the easyJet network when required.
What you’ll get in return
  • Up to 20% maximum bonus
  • 7% pension contributions
  • Medical Cash Plan
  • Excellent staff travel benefits
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
  • Various flexible benefits and extras.
Practicalities

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. The role is based onsite at our Southend base with occasional Network travel.
