This role reports to the Crew Optimisation Manager and involves producing optimal crew pairings and rostering solutions monthly. You will analyze data to create resilient, cost-effective schedules that comply with all legal, quality, and union standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Create safe, legal, and cost-effective crew pairings monthly, ensuring compliance with Flight Time Limitations (FTL), company policies, and industrial agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end roster production process, including setting parameters, data management, re-runs, and delivering solutions to the Rostering Team.
• Develop optimized crew pairing and roster solutions aligned with schedules, crew availability, and pre-assigned duties.
• Review pairings using analytical tools, making recommendations for adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights for future planning.

Requirements:

Relevant college or university degree with at least two years' experience in rostering and pairing optimization.

Excellent Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.

Attention to detail, analytical skills, and stakeholder management experience.

Knowledge of EASA FTL, Fatigue Risk Management, or related regulations is a plus.
