Receptionist / Bartender - Crew Member - MOXY London Heathrow Airport

This position is based on a casual contract.

Gross Salary: £13.62 per hour

We are looking for a confident communicator who is comfortable in a fast-paced, service-focused role. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and team player, capable of creating a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist guests and create positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out in line with Moxy standards
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets according to Moxy guidelines
• Handle bills and payments accurately
• Prepare food, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, take deliveries, and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to ensure safe working conditions
• Support other Crew Members and follow directions from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which includes:

• High energy and a fearless, proactive attitude
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with guests
• Ability to multitask effectively, balancing hard work with excellent service
• Understanding that being relaxed does not mean being lazy
• Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)

Useful Experience

• Experience in the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal travel industry experience
