The role of a Crew Member is vital in our store. Responsibilities include taking orders, completing deep cleaning, and ensuring smooth store operations. You will be part of a diverse team and need to work quickly and efficiently, multitasking across various duties.

During busy times, you must remain alert to assist customers promptly—whether taking orders, helping at kiosks, or providing additional condiments. Delivering excellent customer service is essential as it influences customer loyalty. Sensitivity to customer concerns and attentiveness are key.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with team members
• Remain on your feet for most of the shift
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Stock all areas, including frozen and dry goods
• Lift stock safely
• Take orders at the front counter or drive-thru
