The role of a Crew Member is vital and dynamic. You will be responsible for various tasks ranging from taking orders to deep cleaning in the store.

You will be part of a diverse team, and the ability to work collaboratively is essential. Crew members must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Our stores can become very busy quickly, requiring constant alertness. You need to be available to assist customers promptly, whether taking orders, helping at kiosks, or providing additional sauces or napkins.

The quality of service we provide leaves a lasting impression and influences whether customers return. It's important to listen to and value each customer, being sensitive to their concerns and questions.

Below are some of the key duties and responsibilities expected of you (not in any particular order):

• Communicating effectively with team members
• Remaining on your feet for most of the shift
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Stocking all areas, including frozen and dry products
• Safely lifting and handling stock
• Taking orders at the front counter or drive-thru
• Collaborating with team members in your area
• Cooking food
• Preparing orders for in-store, drive-thru, and delivery
• Managing the drinks station
• Communicating with Uber drivers as part of the team
• Delivering orders to customers in the dining area
• Sweeping and mopping floors
