Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is hiring a Crew Member in Minster. You’ll work in our fast-paced, high-energy restaurant and provide friendly, accurate service to customers while helping with food preparation and dining area upkeep.

Full training is provided; you must be willing to work overnight shifts 10pm–7am and weekends, with a 4-shift minimum per week. 18+ and onsite parking available at Minster location.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Friendly, outgoing and able to deliver great customer service.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and serve customers at the counter or till.
• Keep the restaurant area clean, tidy and stocked.
• Follow all food hygiene, safety and company procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure fast, friendly service.

Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.

Minster McDonalds -

Overnights shifts ONLY - This requires applicants to be 18years and over.

Additional pay increase between hours of Midnight and 6am of £1 per hour on payrate.

Availability required 10pm - 7am. 7 days a week.

Able to work weekdays and weekends minimum 4 shifts per week. Free onsite parking.

Interviews will be during the daytime and initial training first 3 weeks will be required to work late evenings.
