Job summary

Wendy's in Nottingham is hiring crew members to join a fast-paced team. You’ll bring a natural friendliness, handle customer orders with a smile, and keep guests happy in a dynamic restaurant environment.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift light loads, and follow the brand standards. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a supportive crew with flexible shifts and opportunities to learn.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendliness.
• Proactive in restocking supplies and maintaining clean spaces.
• Willing to learn and support crew and customers.
• Capable of taking directions and following standards.
• Eager to grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• If issues arise, resolve them promptly.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
• Lift up to 5–25 kg occasionally.
• Handle weather-related drive-thru challenges.
• Wear headset and operate order-taking system or grill.
• Follow Wendy's brand standards and guidelines.

• If something doesn’t seem right, you make it right.

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 5kg – 25kg. now and then.
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, litter picking, taking rubbish out in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a order taking system or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
