Job description
Overview

As a Crew Member, you’ll contribute to delivering high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. You will provide friendly, fast and accurate service, and complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. You will follow workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures and work as a supportive team member.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food, serve at the till, and assist in the dining areas to look after customers’ needs.
  • Deliver consistent quality, service and cleanliness; maintain high energy and efficiency in a fast-moving environment.
  • Apply training, company guidelines and management direction to complete tasks and activities.
  • Maintain courtesy and respect for customers and colleagues; contribute to a positive team-based environment.
