Wendy's Merry Hill - 14974 invites you to join our team in Dudley as a crew member. We offer flexible working and no zero-hour contracts, so you can balance life and work while delivering fast, friendly service.

You’ll stand and move through shifts, restock supplies, and help guests with a smile. Training is provided; you’ll be part of a energetic crew focused on guest happiness and quality.

• You notice when supplies are low (ketchup, straws, cups) and restock.
• You pitch in and help your crew and customers.
• You take and receive direction like a pro.

Responsabilidades

• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Lift up to 5kg – 25kg occasionally.
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru.
• Wear a headset and use restaurant equipment and systems.

• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, litter picking, taking rubbish out in the summer, etc.


• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a order taking system or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
