Job summary

Wendy's in Coventry is hiring crew members who bring energy and a friendly attitude. You’ll work at a fast pace, help guests, restock supplies, and learn to operate the order system while following brand standards.

No zero-hour contracts here; we offer a stable team environment where you can grow. You’ll stand and move most of your shift, handle weather-related moments, and contribute to a positive guest experience at Wendy's.

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.


• Lift up to 5kg – 25kg. now and then.


• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, litter picking, taking rubbish out in the summer, etc.


• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a order taking system or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
