Job summary

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority is seeking a Crew Manager to join the Academy as a Training Delivery Instructor, based at Severn Park. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced firefighters and Crew Managers to join the Academy team.

Eligible applicants should be a competent wholetime firefighter and have succeeded in the Crew Manager promotion board, holding ITOP or Qualified L1 IC S, with no active disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Be a competent, substantive wholetime Firefighter and been successful in the Crew Manager promotion board.

Responsibilities

• Meet the criteria as a minimum: ITOP or Qualified L1 IC S, and no formal performance actions or live disciplinary sanctions.
