A regional fire service is seeking experienced individuals for the position of Crew Manager. The role offers annual salaries of £41,322 for development and £43,104 for competent candidates. Crew Manager: £41,322 (development) per annum.
Crew Manager: £43,104 (competent) per annum. (exclusive of allowances that may be applicable dependent on role). Open to internal and external candidates.
Applications are invited from substantive wholetime Crew Managers (external) and substantive and competent wholetime Firefighters. Existing internal Crew Managers who wish to change their current role should submit an internal transfer request form, which will be considered as part of this process.
Posts are available across the Service and candidates should indicate the posts they would be willing to accept on the associated location preference form.
Interviews will be held over two weeks commencing from 6 October 2025. If candidates are unable to attend on the scheduled date, the Service may make alternative arrangements within this two-week timeframe only.
