Today, it provides large passenger cruiser tours across the Thames and Medway Estuaries. The company also offers training and engineering services to enhance staff development and collaborates with local businesses to improve customer service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in North Kent for a Crew member. The Crew member will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety, assisting with boat operations, providing customer service, and maintaining cleanliness on the vessel. Duties also include helping with docking and undocking procedures and following safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have a background in vessel navigation and hold Advanced powerboat, Yachtmaster or similar.
