Purpose of the role
Support organizational strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions to address problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change
• Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs
• Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies
• Report on project progress, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Create operational and process designs for proposed solutions
• Support change management activities and ensure successful implementation
