Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Data Scientist specializing in Credit Risk to design, build, and deploy predictive models for credit decisioning in a fast-paced FinTech. You will work on scorecards and broader models, employing ML techniques to enhance profitability and risk management.

You will collaborate closely with Credit and Product teams, own model deployment across the product suite, and ensure robust monitoring of performance.

Qualifications

• Experience developing predictive models, ideally in credit risk.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience applying machine learning to non-linear models.

Responsibilities

• Work on credit models, primarily scorecards and decisioning models.
• Apply innovative ML techniques to enhance the model suite and profitability.
• Own deployment and implementation of predictive models across products.
• Collaborate with Credit and Product teams to improve performance and profitability.
