THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

As a Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Engage proactively with clients to understand business models, challenges, and data needs.
  2. Work in consultancy projects such as credit strategy, scorecard development, and model building.
  3. Supervise and mentor a small team of analysts.
  4. Apply statistical and machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, CHAID, clustering.
  5. Use SQL and Python to prepare data and build robust solutions.
  6. Understand and navigate regulatory environments affecting clients.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  1. 6+ years' experience in credit risk, modelling, or analytical consultancy.
  2. Strong Python and SQL skills in a credit analytics environment.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
