Job summary

CBC Resourcing Solutions is recruiting for an experienced credit risk analyst to join a UK financial services client’s head office near Slough on a 12 month contract. The role focuses on making sound credit decisions for small ticket/soft asset finance deals submitted by vendor partners.

You will develop relationships with stakeholders, contribute to process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering accurate, timely underwriting in an SLA-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a credit underwriting role within the asset finance market.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in an SLA-driven environment with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make and facilitate decisions in response to credit requests concerning end-users, introducers, schemes and other counterparties
• Develop effective, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist in the optimisation of processes, including auto decision tools
• Assist in the development of effective and reliable reports in order to monitor the efficacy and efficiency of the team and monitor introducer and portfolio performance
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Engage directly with end-users, introducers and other counterparties as business requirements demand
• Regularly review guidelines and policies to ensure they reflect developing stakeholder requirements
