About the role

As a Credit Risk Analyst (within the Collections strategy team), you will utilize increasing data to make informed decisions, improving customer experience during payment difficulties.

Reporting to the Senior Credit Risk Manager (Collections), you will analyze performance data, understand customer behavior, identify strategy opportunities, and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize workload, and collaborate with third parties to deploy strategies and explore new opportunities. Our close work with Customer Care provides real-time customer insights, and you'll join a talented team across Financial Services and the wider group.

About you
