About the role.
As a Credit Risk Analyst (within the Collections strategy team), you will utilize available data to make informed decisions in our financial services business, improving customer experience during payment difficulties.
You will report to the Senior Credit Risk Manager (Collections) and collaborate with the business to optimize decision-making, analyze performance strategies, understand customer behavior, identify opportunities for strategy enhancement, and implement systemic changes. Your insights will guide customer outcomes and commercial strategies, communicated effectively to senior stakeholders.
You will manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize workload, and add value to customers and the business. Opportunities to work with trusted third parties and explore new strategies will also be part of your role.
We closely collaborate with Customer Care teams to gain real-time customer insights. You will be part of a talented team across Financial Services, working together to achieve business and departmental goals.
