A leading company in publishing distribution is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to manage customer credit risk and support the team. The role involves credit assessments, account management, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have credit experience, relevant qualifications, and strong analytical and communication skills.
We are recruiting a Credit Risk Analyst to join our Credit Services team on a full time basis. The Credit Risk Analyst will play a key role in managing customer credit risk, supporting the credit team through effective credit assessments, account management, and maintaining insurance cover for Pan Macmillan and our third-party business.
You will be responsible for customer data maintenance and resolving queries via our ticketing system. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. You will also be required todeputise for the Team Leader.

Hours of work will be 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday based at our offices in Basingstoke.
