To achieve our mission, we're seeking a highly motivated Credit Risk Analyst to join our Counterparty and Credit Risk team. You will help manage complex credit risks across a global client base in a dynamic digital asset market environment. Your responsibilities will include underwriting counterparties, evaluating asset risks, monitoring and reporting exposures, and contributing to thought leadership to deliver lending solutions through existing and new products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Recommend internal credit ratings and risk-based limits, and prepare written analysis supporting your assessment.
  • Conduct continuous surveillance of trading partners, along with periodic portfolio reviews, audits, and capital planning exercises.
  • Analyze asset volatility and liquidity risks on a per-asset and portfolio basis.
  • Provide recurring monitoring of market developments, portfolio concentrations, and clearly communicate trends to leadership.
  • Negotiate industry documentation (e.g., PBAs, MLAs, and ACAs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business development, operations, legal, etc.) and product teams to resolve complex client or product challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements to expand knowledge and expertise.
What we look for in you:
  • 1-3 years of hands-on credit risk management experience.
  • Prior experience covering hedge funds, asset managers, private equity, or venture capital is highly preferred.
  • Interest in and basic understanding of capital markets products and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to haves:
  • Crypto forward - strong knowledge of emerging crypto trends.
