You will also play a key part in supporting our Homesmortgage business to enable our key business strategies.

Collaborate & Innovate – Work flexibly within the Credit Risk Oversight team, supporting colleagues and contributing to departmental priorities that align with the Corporate Plan.
Unlock the Power of Data – Write and run code (SAS, Python, SQL) while utilizing analytical tools such as PowerBI to extract insights, optimise processes and enhance management information.
Deliver Smart Solutions – Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess risk, interpret outcomes and recommend strategies that strengthen our credit risk management.
Communicate with Impact – Present complex technical findings in a clear, engaging manner to stakeholders, ensuring insights drive well-informed decisions.
Influence Key Committees – Play a role in shaping analysis and papers that inform senior leaders and strategic discussions.
Expand Your Expertise – Be involved in critical areas from mortgage lending decisions and product design to credit management activities, deepening your knowledge of regulation, policy and risk modelling.
