Qualifications

  • UK right to work; able to attend the City 2–3 days a week.

About Us We’re partnering with a specialist Lloyd’s syndicate renowned for its niche expertise in illiquid credit and global risk transfer. As part of a small, highly collaborative team, you’ll gain immediate exposure to underwriting decisions and a clear path into a future underwriting role. The Role
  • Analyse credit exposures across emerging markets, infrastructure, commodity finance and corporate debt
  • Prepare clear, data-driven credit papers for the underwriting committee
  • Liaise with brokers, banks and internal stakeholders to structure transactions
  • Contribute to the development of risk frameworks and appetite
  • Represent the syndicate at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ credit analysis experience (banking or insurance)
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of: emerging markets, commodity trade finance, infrastructure / project finance or corporate credit
  • Strong analytical and presentational skills
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions
  • UK right to work; able to be in the City 2–3 days per week
