VF Corporation, a global fashion and retail leader, seeks a Credit Resolution Coordinator in Calverton/Nottinghamshire. You will manage customer accounts, investigate claims related to invoices and deliveries, and partner with Sales, Logistics, and Credit to resolve issues and improve cash flow.

A proactive team player with strong data skills, you will support the end-to-end order-to-cash process while learning in a collaborative environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate claims and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor open items with proper documentation and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute ideas to streamline processes and reduce disputes in order-to-cash workflows.

You'll get to work with all of VF Corporation's brands such as The North Face, Timberland, Vans and Napapijri to name just a few!Your role will focus on investigating and problem solving our customers claims and issues related to their invoices, shipments, commercial contracts, and other financial documentation, You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent future issues, helping to reduce errors or delayed payments, ultimately helping VF continue to contributing to healthier cash flow and a more efficient end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash process.How You Will Make a DifferenceIn this role, you will: -Manage your portfolio of customers daily, using both internal systems and customer platforms to ensure data accuracy and up‑to‑date account status.Investigate, analyse, and resolve claims and disputes, such as pricing issues, delivery discrepancies, short payments, returns, and other deduction-related queries.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Customer Operations, and Credit) to obtain information, validate claims, and drive timely resolution, by attending meetings, maintaining clear communication, and jointly developing strategies to reduce recurring issuesMonitor open items and deductions, ensuring proper documentation, root-cause identification, and alignment with VF policies.Contribute to continuous improvement, bringing forward fresh ideas to streamline processes, reduce disputes, and enhance the claims management workflow.Skills for SuccessLove communicating - build relationships, answer questions, communicate by video, as well as by email and messagingA proactive approach to your work and willingness to learn new skillsA team player able to build and maintain relationships at all levelsHighly organized and conscientious as well as thorough and methodical in your workGreat problem solving skillsHappy to work with numbers and data every dayUse your IT skills to your advantage each and every day.
