As a Credit Resolution Coordinator you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and small business customer accounts. You'll get to work with all of VF Corporation's brands such as The North Face, Timberland, Vans and Napapijri to name just a few!
Your role will focus on investigating and problem solving our customers claims and issues related to their invoices, shipments, commercial contracts, and other financial documentation, You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent future issues, helping to reduce errors or delayed payments, ultimately helping VF continue to contributing to healthier cash flow and a more efficient end‑to‑cash process.
