Drive projects in Credit Portfolio Trading, manage meetings, support plans, and innovate in middle office operations!

As a Credit Portfolio Group Project Manager - Analyst in the Credit Portfolio Trading Team, you will support the communication of team activities, organize and manage team meetings, and support the delivery of the Middle Office financial plan. You will be involved in end-to-end management of collateral and derivatives pricing. Over time, you will lead projects, partner with technology teams, and represent the business to senior management and stakeholders. You will also contribute as a project manager with a thorough understanding of the business fundamentals.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to strategic decision-making, produce implementation plans and timelines for project cycles.
  2. Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce functional specifications.
  3. Partner with Operations, Technology, and Front Office teams globally to define, implement requirements, and update senior management.
  4. Support the development of project management best practices within the team.
  5. Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentations, and business analysis.
  6. Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design skills and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Create mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  8. Drive automation of tasks and processes within the Business Management function.
  9. Assist with workforce management, location strategies, and organizational engagement programs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  1. Investment Banking experience.
  2. Proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
  3. Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of Rates Derivatives, including product knowledge, trade capture, P&L/Risk, and pricing, including the impact of different discount curves.
  4. Knowledge of Collateral Management practices and ISDA documentation.
  5. Attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to articulate business requirements.
  6. Ability to build relationships and influence across technology and business partners.
  7. Capability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively.
Additional Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  1. Knowledge of accounting and finance.
  2. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Independent, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and positive attitude.
