A part-time role, two days per week, shared with the existing Credit Manager in this role. Responsible for 2nd line oversight of Development Finance credit applications for new and/or existing facilities and thereafter either jointly approving within own personal delegated credit authority or supporting to Sanctioning Committee. To undertake 2nd line oversight of Development Finance new business line processes, in-life monitoring, systems and lending, by applying a comprehensive risk assessment approach to ensure that the key credit risks are identified and efficiently controlled.
Part-time two days per week, in a job-sharing capacity, with some flexibility around timing and hybrid working, to suit the ideal candidate.
