Credit Manager - London Bridge - £40,000

Your New Role

  1. Managing payment collections through a dedicated debtor ledger and issuing statements to clients.
  2. Oversee a team of 2 credit controllers.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at both client and agency levels.
  4. Proactively identifying potential payment delays and escalating concerns to the appropriate individuals.
  5. Providing insightful debtor commentary for weekly and month-end reporting.
  6. Participating in weekly debtor calls with agencies to discuss current statuses and address any challenges with key accounts.
  7. Representing the team in client and agency meetings as needed.
  8. Preparing bi-monthly cash flow forecasts.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  1. Extensive experience in credit control.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in financial software such as FreshBooks, Opera and Xero.
