We’re looking for a driven and determined Credit Hire Fee Earner to join a growing team in Liverpool.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or fee earner who is passionate about their work, dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for their clients, and eager to develop their expertise in credit hire litigation.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor or fee earner with:

  • Essential: Previous experience handling credit hire cases.
  • Essential: Confidence in managing a full caseload of RTA claims at varying stages.
  • Essential: Strong knowledge of Personal Injury processes, costs, and case law in this area.
  • Essential: Experience using case management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous).
  • Essential: A self-motivated, organised, and target-driven approach.
  • Desirable: The ability to handle infant approvals and experience working towards KPIs.
  • Essential: Exceptional client care and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and settle cases effectively.
